We ship all orders by Royal Mail and will update the order status on this web site on the day your order is sent.

Delivery times within the United Kingdom are generally 3 or 4 days, but can be 7 days or more at peak times. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery times. We always obtain proof of posting as part of our service to you, and can send your order by registered post (at a small additional cost) if you ask for this. If you have not received your order within 14 days please contact us.

If you require an order very urgently we will obtain an individual quotation for sending it via a courier.

If there is any problem with your order when it has been delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. We want you to be completely satisifed and will do everything we can to put right any problems as quickly as possible.
