All of our products are made by hand. I do not buy in or mass-produce anything that I sell. Indeed, the majority of items I produce are individual pieces. For this reason, even when multiple items can be produced, each will be slightly different from each other and from the photos on this site.

Please note that my items are made as keepsakes and may contain small and/or sharp parts. If they are to be given to children this should be under adult supervision.

If you wish to order multiples of an item but the site shows insufficient stock, please get in touch. It may be that further items can be produced.

We will ship your order immediately if everything is in stock and will let you know if we need more than 5 working days to produce any part of your order, at which time you can change or cancel the order, and will receive a full refund (not a credit note.)

Please note that orders will not generally be partially shipped due to additional postage costs.

Some of the raw materials we use (particularly the vintage and recycled fabrics) are only available in limited quantities so I cannot guarantee that a particular product will continue to be available for any period of time.
